1. Support Income Generating Activities: Beneficiaries choice to select business type is identified through formal livelihood assessment process by livelihood officers. After the assessment required asset is handover to the beneficiaries following organization's procurement policy. Asset value is around BDT 20000 for target each household.

2. Fund Management Training: This training is designed for all the target household. This is the basic training on small business and fund management. Training duration is 2 days and have option to 1 day refresher.

3. Vocational and business/trade related training: This training is designed for the interested beneficries on diffarent trade such as 2 days training on Cow Rearing with 1 day refresher, Long duartion tailoring & computer training, Homestead gardening training etc.

4. Customised timebound stipend: This fund is designed considering the lean period of Kurigram and those who have recived long duration retrun IGA like cow rearing etc.

5. Risk fund injection: This fund is designed considering the risk/shock recovery fund. If any beneficiaries fall in the risk/shock like seviour sickness, emergency medical support, natural disasters etc. Then vulnerable households can take advance from this fund and s/he will refund the same amount by installment after recovery of shocks/risk. Handicap International has provided BDT 2800 for each household and each household continues their own monthly savings in this account (Each group have bank account in the Islami bank Kurigram brach and we have 28 group as well as 28 banck account). 

6. Beneficiary orientation on forward-backward linkage, marketing and sales: There is a provision in our activities that we will ensure beneficiary orientation on forward-backward linkage, marketing and sales to run their business smoothly.

7. Follow up workshops with businesses/ local authorities: There is another follow up provision with the business & local authorites for our beneficiaries to run their business smoothly.

1. Referral, medical services and surgical interventions: Based on the formal assessment by Disability officers beneficiaries for referral servcies will be selected from the target housholds. After the selection of beneficiaries concern service provider/doctor will be selected following a screening process. After the selection of doctor/service provider a MoU will be signed between Handicap International and Doctor/service provider. After the completion this process beneficries will go with Handicap staff to the service provider and after getting service Handcap internation staff will ensure to return home and will ensure medicine/lab test as per recommendation of Doctor. Follow up servcie will be continued if requried.

2. Provision of Assistive devices: Based on the formal assessment by Disability officers beneficiaries for Assitive devices will be selected from the target housholds. After the selection of beneficiaries concern servcie provider will be selected following a screening process. After the selection of servcie provider a MoU will be signed between Handicap International and service provider. A measurent sheet for the Assistive devices will be send to the service provider by beneficiaries and after the making of Assistive devices Handicap international representative will check the measurement and quality then servcie provider will send the devices to Handicap Kurigram office. Handcap Kurigram office will ensure delivery of Assitive devices to the beneficries with a handson training focusing how it will be used. Regular follow up will continued by Handicap international staff.

3. Tool modification and adaptation for activities of daily living: To engage our beneficrieswith livelihood and daily activities necessary tool modification and adaptation activities will be ensured through this activity.

4. Accessibility  and reasonable accommodation of home and workplace: To ensure the mobility and getting necessary support/services from different service providers, we ensure accessibility work at household level and servcie providers level so that person with disability can access there and claim their services.

5. Community awareness on rehabilitation and rights: This is awareness activities on different issues at community level such as; disability, causes of disability, prevention of disability, disability rights, Disability act, Disaster preparedness and coping strategies, gender, Water borne disease, early marriage prevention, socail safety net program, food & nutrition, Adliscent Reproductive & sexual health, Maternal & child health, vaccination for cattle diseases etc.
